The change of conformal moduli of polygonal quadrilaterals under some geometric transformations is studied. We consider the motion of one vertex when the other vertices remain fixed, the rotation of sides, polarization, symmetriza-tion, and averaging transformation of the quadrilaterals. Some open problems are formulated.

This paper presents a way to implementation of NCES models, which find a big application in the field of industrial automation. A cornerstone of the implementation approach proposed is the event graph driven architecture for computation of steps.
