Genetics of leaf rust resistance in bread wheat.
The inheritance of adult-plant resistance to leaf rust was studied in six intervarietal crosses using E. 4717, E. 4871 and E. 4894 as sources of rust resistance and K. 65 and RS. 31-1 as susceptible parents to find genes carried by these exotic varieties probably allelic in nature.
