Fault localization is the most expensive activity in program debugging. Traditional ad-hoc methods can be time-consuming and ineffective because they rely on programmers' intuitive guesswork, which may neither be accurate nor reliable. A better solution is to utilize a systematic and statistically well-defined method to automatically identify suspicious(More)
Web page segmentation has extensive value in web applications. As the traditional method which only based on Document Object Model (Dom) tree poorly reflects the actual semantic structure of a page, the vision-based measures which attempt to understand the perception of user have attracted great concern in recently. Moreover, the visual page layout(More)
INTRODUCTION The evidence from published studies on the association between obesity and rheumatoid arthritis has been contradictory. To clarify the association between obesity and rheumatoid arthritis, we conducted a systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis to assess the relationship between body mass index and rheumatoid arthritis risk. METHODS(More)
BACKGROUND Both neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) are reported to be increased in various inflammation-related diseases, but their clinical significance in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) remains unclear. The aim of the present study was to explore whether NLR and PLR were candidate indices for RA disease-activity(More)
OBJECTIVE Although there have been extensive investigations on neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and mean platelet volume (MPV) in many diseases, their roles in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) remain unclear. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate NLR, PLR, and MPV levels in adult SLE patients and explore(More)
We present dynamics of spatial solitons propagating through a PT symmetric optical lattice with a longitudinal potential barrier. We find that a spatial soliton evolves a transverse drift motion after transmitting through the lattice barrier. The gain/loss coefficient of the PT symmetric potential barrier plays an essential role on such soliton dynamics.(More)
We conducted a meta-analysis to summarise and quantify the effects of non-pharmacological interventions on sleep quality improvement in uraemic patients on dialysis. We defined the primary outcome as the change of sleep quality before and after interventions (evaluated by polysomonography or subjective questionnaires such as Pittsburgh sleep quality index,(More)
BACKGROUND/AIMS To investigate the effects of miR-137 on high glucose (HG)-induced vascular injury, and to establish the mechanism underlying these effects. METHODS Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were transfected with miR-137 inhibitor or mimic, and then treated with normal or high glucose. Cell viability and apoptosis were detected by(More)
