Five new bufadienolides, 3beta-formyloxyresibufogenin, 19-oxobufalin, 6alpha-hydroxycinobufagin, and 1beta-Hydroxybufalin, have been isolated together with the previously known bufadienneolides 6-20 from the Chinese traditional drug "Ch'an Su", and the structures were elucidated employing spectroscopic methods.
