Effect of D-400, a herbomineral preparation on lipid profile, glycated haemoglobin and glucose tolerance in streptozotocin induced diabetes in rats.
- S. Mitra, S. Gopumadhavan, T. Muralidhar, S. D. Anturlikar, M. Sujatha
- Biology, MedicineIndian journal of experimental biology
- 1 October 1995
D-400 treated group showed lower glycated haemoglobin, triglycerides and higher HDL levels, and the hyperglycaemic response was blunted after administration of oral glucose in the same group.

EMS Induced Morphometric Biomass and Phytochemical Variations in Morus Species (Genotype RFS135)
- H. Kumar, T. Muralidhar, S. Acharya, M. Das, Munirajappa
- Biology
- 10 January 2013
Estimation of mutations induced by EMS in rain fed mulberry genotype RFS135 and evolved mutants suggest that EMS at lower concentrations below 0.5% can be safely used for crop improvement in mulberry and can be tried in other vegetative propagated crops.
Cytoprotective Effect of UlGen, a Polyherbal Formulation against Physical and Chemical Factor Induced Gastric Ulcers in Wister Albino Rats
- T. Muralidhar, A. Balaji, C. Bandopadhyay, S. Shantha
- Medicine, Biology
- 30 September 2009
Oral administration of UlGen, at a dose of 800 mg kg-1 significantly protected the onset of cold-resistance stress induced ulcerations and may be due to the enhancement of defensive mechanism through an improvement of gastric cytoprotection as well as acid inhibition.

The present study depicts that bacteria removes chromium efficiently and this could be used for industrial waste management and other environmental contaminants.
Effect of D-400, a herbomineral formulation on liver glycogen content and microscopic structure of pancreas and liver in streptozotocin induced diabetes in rats.
- S. Mitra, S. Gopumadhavan, T. Muralidhar, S. Seshadri
- Chemistry, BiologyIndian journal of experimental biology
- 1 October 1996
D-400 helps in improving the glycogen stores in the liver and prevents the streptozotocin induced damage through free radicals by increasing the islet cell superoxide dismutase activity.
A Cone-beam Computed Tomographic Evaluation of Removing Root Canal Sealer Using a Novel Sonic Agitation Device
- S. A. Rao, Sunehra Sanam, Zaheer Ahmad, C. Soonu, T. Muralidhar
- Medicine, Materials ScienceJournal of Operative Dentistry & Endodontics
