A comparison of the potency and specificity of the direct muscle relaxant activity of azumolene and dantrolene
Dantrolene is a unique directly acting skeletal muscle relaxant that is clinically useful in the treatment of chronic muscle spasticity and malignant hyperthermia. Azumolene is a new dantrolene‐like
Gastric Toxicity and Prostaglandin Content in Rats Dosed with Two Chemically Similar, Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Agents
Extraction of prostagiandins from the gastric mucosa of pylorus-ligated rats revealed that the safer F-1067 depleted prostaglandin 6-keto-F1α less and increased prostag landin E2 much more than did orpanoxin, suggesting a possible causality.
