Malignant melanoma in nasal cavity complicated by Werner syndrome for which chemotherapy by arterial injection was conducted.
TLDR
A 31-year-old man with Werner's syndrome had acral lentiginous melanoma in situ on right thumb in 1983, and the lesion was excised completely, but after the re-operation, the reccurence in nasal cavity and multiple metastases to liver were found.
