We describe an approach to distributed knowledge acquisition using an ontology. The ontology is used to represent and reason about soldier performance. These methods are embedded in an immersive web based knowledge elicitation and analysis system.

We have developed virtual worlds that run on a single personal computer and can be displayed using two outputs. A single display of the two outputs has a resolution of 3200 x 1200 pixels.
