It is confirmed that the g.570C>A polymorphism is significantly associated with breast muscle yields in the F2 population, therefore, this polymorphism in the IGF1 gene may help improve breast Muscle yields by marker-assisted selection.
Tyrosine-Specific Chemical Modification with in Situ Hemin-Activated Luminol Derivatives.
- Shinichi Sato, Kosuke Nakamura, Hiroyuki Nakamura
- Chemistry, BiologyACS Chemical Biology
- 18 September 2015
Tyrosine-specific chemical modification was achieved using in situ hemin-activated luminol derivatives and dual functionalization by fluorescence modification of tyrosine residues and PEG modification of lysine residues was achieved without affecting the modification efficiency.

- Shinichi Sato, Ken Hatano, Michihiko Tsushima, Hiroyuki Nakamura
- Chemistry, BiologyChemical Communications
- 5 June 2018
The 1-methyl-4-aryl-urazole (MAUra) structure was found to be a novel tyrosyl radical trapping agent to label tyrosine residues effectively under the conditions where the ruthenium photocatalyst and tyrosines were in close proximity.
