Papillon-Lefevre Syndrome (PLS) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder. Cathepsin C Gene mutation are responsible for the etiology. PLS characterized by palmoplantar keratosis and severe periodontal destruction in early ages, affecting the primary and permanent dentition.
