In the game called Traveler’s Dilemma, the standard game theoretic analysis cannot explain why people choose to play the strictly dominated strategy of the game except by saying that they are not maximizing their expected payoff, i.e. acting irrationally. We consider two kinds of partition of a graph, namely orbit partitions and equitable partitions. Although an orbit partition is always an equitable partition, the converse is not true in general. We look at some classes of graphs for which the converse is true.
