Exogenous pretreatment of H2O2 to seeds of B. juncea L.C. adapted the seedlings to tolerate chilling stress, which was further ameliorated in combination of H1O2 with 24-EBL, which helped in alleviating the toxic effect of H 2O2 through antioxidant defense system.

Inhibition studies with sodium salts of mineral acids showed that only F− inhibited soybean urease significantly, and competitive type of inhibition was observed for this anion with a Ki value of 1.30 mM.

The pigeonpea urease was immobilized on agar, a common gelling substance, and the results were consistent with those from clinical pathology laboratory through an autoanalyzer® (Zydus Co., Rome, Italy).
