Nearly 80% of 87 cattle suffering for the first time from pododermatitis circumspecta were cured by each of the three drugs under test, and the results of surgical treatments were, possibly, improved by the prior administration of Theranekron.

Information on a tapeworm anthelmintic of remarkable efficacy and low toxicity has recently become available and trials on Hymenolepis diminuta of rats by Hecht & Gloxuber at a dosage rate of 100-200 mg/kg proved highly effective.
