Two metabolites, SC-28762 andSC-28763, were produced by Spicaria ditaricata NRRL 5771 and exhibits good antimicrobial activities against anaerobic microorganisms.

Three antimicrobial metabolites from Aspergillus caespitosus.
Three metabolites of Aspergillus caespitosus growing in broth containing small amounts of sitosterol showed anti-microbial activity against C. albicans and against specific bacteria, fungi, and a trichomonad.
