- BiologyBlood
- 1 August 2008
Complete nucleotide sequences of monoclonal immunoglobulin lambda light chain (IGL) variable regions in 11 patients with POEMS syndrome determined, suggesting that the highly restricted use of IGL V lambda 1 germlines plays an important role in the pathogenesis ofPOEMS syndrome.

Influence of dose reduction of vincristine in R-CHOP on outcomes of diffuse large B cell lymphoma
- Yoshikazu Utsu, Koji Takaishi, H. Wakita
- MedicineAnnals of Hematology
- 2015
VCR dose tended to be reduced compared with CPM and DXR in R-CHOP, and lower ARDI of cytotoxic agents and lower RDI of VCR could lead to poor prognosis in the treatment of DLBCL with R- CHOP.
Changes in Central Venous Catheter Use in the Hematology Unit with the Introduction of Ultrasound Guidance and a Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheter

USG has become commonplace since its introduction and the landmark-based subclavian approach was largely replaced by PICC with USG in 2018, which can help improve success rates and safety profiles.
Restricted Oligo-Clonal Usage of Monoclonal Immunoglobulin λ Light Chain Germline in POEMS Syndrome.
- C. Nakaseko, D. Abe, S. Kuwabara
- Biology, Medicine
- 16 November 2007
The results suggest that the restricted use of IGL plays an important role in the pathogenesis of POEMS syndrome, and the first report of restricted oligo-clonal usage of monoclonal immunoglobulin germlines in plasma cell disorders is reported.

Successful engraftment by second cord blood transplantation with reduced-intensity conditioning after graft rejection due to hemophagocytic syndrome following initial CBT
A prospective multicenter phase II study of intrabone marrow transplantation of unwashed cord blood using reduced‐intensity conditioning
It is suggested that the intrabone marrow‐CBT procedure without using ATG improves hematopoietic recovery and decreases the incidence of chronic GVHD, but does not decrease the probability of acute GV HD.

Complete nucleotide sequences of monoclonal immunoglobulin (cid:1) light chain (IGL) variable regions in 11 patients with POEMS syndrome were determined and suggest that the highly restricted use of IGL V (cID:1] 1 germlines plays an important role in the pathogenesis of POEMS Syndrome.
