Applying PSO and OCBA to Minimize the Overkills and Re-Probes in Wafer Probe Testing
- S. Horng, Feng-Yi Yang, Shieh-Shing Lin
- Computer ScienceIEEE Transactions on Semiconductor Manufacturing
- 21 May 2012
A two-stage algorithm is proposed to take advantage of particle swarm optimization (PSO) and optimal computing budget allocation (OCBA) for solving a good enough setting that minimizes overkills and re-probes within a reasonable computational time.
Pulsed high-intensity focused ultrasound enhances the relative permeability of the blood–tumor barrier in a glioma-bearing rat model
- Feng-Yi Yang, Guan-Liang Lin, Hsin-Ell Wang
- BiologyIEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics…
- 27 May 2011
It is demonstrated that pulsed HIFU enhances the relative permeability of the BTB in glioma- bearing rats and supports the idea that further evaluation of other treatment strategies, such as HifU exposure in addition to combined chemotherapy or repeated pulsedHIFU exposure to increase delivery of drugs into brain tumors, might be useful.
Association between contrast‐enhanced MR images and blood–brain barrier disruption following transcranial focused ultrasound
- Feng-Yi Yang, S. Horng, Yu-Shi Lin, Y. Kao
- BiologyJournal of magnetic resonance imaging : JMRI
- 1 September 2010
To investigate the correlation between the contrast‐enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signal and the duration of blood–brain barrier (BBB) disruption induced by focused ultrasound (FUS), a comparison study using MRI and FUS data is presented.
Ordinal Optimization of G/G/1/K Polling Systems with k-Limited Service Discipline
An ordinal optimization theory based algorithm to solve the optimization problem of G/G/1/K polling system with k-limited service discipline for a good enough solution using limited computation time using an offline trained artificial neural network as a surrogate model for fitness evaluation.
Iterative simulation optimization approach for optimal volt-ampere reactive sources planning
Evaluation of dose distribution of molecular delivery after blood-brain barrier disruption by focused ultrasound with treatment planning.
Multi-stage ordinal optimization based approach for job shop scheduling problems
Fault detection of the ion implanter using classification approach
- Shin-Yeu Lin, S. Horng, Chi-Hsing Tsai
- Computer Science5th Asian Control Conference (IEEE Cat. No…
- 20 July 2004
A warning signal generation criteria is proposed to minimize the probability of false alarm by excluding the possibility of electrical spikes and reducing the classification inaccuracy in the ion implanter.
