- S. Heo, H. Kim, Bohyun Kim, Jei Hee Lee, Jinoo Kim, Jai-Keun Kim
- MedicineDiagnostic and Interventional Radiology
- 1 July 2018
Splanchnic artery aneurysms are not uncommon in asymptomatic patients with collateral circulations caused by significant celiac trunk stenosis or obstruction due to median arcuate ligament, and prophylactic endovascular treatment should be specifically performed in patients with pancreaticoduodenal arcade aneuryms to prevent life-threatening aneurYSm rupture regardless of size.

It is suggested that acupuncture might reduce menstrual pain and associated symptoms more effectively compared to no treatment or NSAIDs, and the efficacy could be maintained during a short-term follow-up period.
Sigmoid volvulus: identifying patients requiring emergency surgery with the dark torsion knot sign
- S. Heo, H. Kim, Jai-Keun Kim
- MedicineEuropean Radiology
- 26 April 2019
A newly defined CT imaging factor of dark torsion knot sign and a clinical factor of sepsis can be helpful for predicting complicated SV necessitating emergent surgery instead of endoscopic detorsion.

- Hyun-Seok Do, Sae-Yeon Kim, S. Heo, Sang-Jin Park
- MedicineKorean Journal of Anesthesiology
- 1 March 2012
It is demonstrated that administration of intravenous labetalol is effective in attenuating tracheal intubation and desflurane-induced hemodynamic responses, and is related to sympathetic stimulation such as hypertension and tachycardia.
