The results indicate that PhyA115 is a β-propeller phytase that has application potential in aquaculture feed and the N-terminal incomplete domain is found to have no phyt enzyme activity but can influence the pH property of PhYA115.

Results indicate that the promoters of the crystal protein genes are not the key factor determining the crystal location in strain YBT-020, and that the crystalprotein gene promoters are not sufficient to cause SCA.
