We report on a search for D0−D0 mixing made by a study of the ‘wrong-sign’ process D →K+π−. The data come from 9.0 fb of integrated luminosity of ee collisions at √ s ≈ 10GeV, produced by CESR and accumulated with the CLEO II.V detector. We present an analysis of the decayD0→K+π− based on FOCUS data. From a sample of 234 signal events, we find a branching ratio of Γ(D →Kπ) Γ(D0→K−π+) = (0.429 − 0.061 ± 0.027)% under the assumptions of no mixing and no CP violation.
