We have measured the branching ratio for the inclusive radiative penguin process b ! ss. We nd where the rst error is statistical, the second error is the additive systematic error from uncertainty in yield, and the third error is the multiplicative systematic error from uncertainty in eeciency, which includes model dependence .

We have measured the spectral shape Michel parameters and using lep-tonic decays of the , recorded by the CLEO II detector. Assuming e ? uni-versality, we nd ee = 0:7350:0130:008 and ee = ?0:0150:0610:062, where the rst error is statistical and the second systematic.
We report on a search for D0−D0 mixing made by a study of the ‘wrong-sign’ process D →K+π−. The data come from 9.0 fb of integrated luminosity of ee collisions at √ s ≈ 10GeV, produced by CESR and accumulated with the CLEO II.V detector. Using data taken with the CLEO II detector, we have studied the decays (0:074 0:010 0:015)% where the rst errors are statistical and the second errors are the estimate of our systematic uncertainty. We also present a new upper limit B(D 0 ! K 0 S K 0 S 0) < 0:059% at the 90% conndence level and the rst measurement of B(D 0 ! K + K ? 0) = (0:14 0:04)%.

We present an analysis of the decayD0→K+π− based on FOCUS data. From a sample of 234 signal events, we find a branching ratio of Γ(D →Kπ) Γ(D0→K−π+) = (0.429 − 0.061 ± 0.027)% under the assumptions of no mixing and no CP violation.
