A case of a 15-year-old male whose behavioral outbursts, associated with DMDD, improved significantly with the use of naltrexone, a competitive opioid antagonist.
A Prospective Microbiological Study on Suppurative Corneal Ulcer at a Tertiary Teaching Hospital in Bhavnagar , Gujarat , India
Out of total 112 specimens of suppurative corneal ulcers, only 76 specimens were found to be culture positive in which bacteria were isolated more frequently than fungi, and the coagulase negative staphylococcus (CONS) and the genus Aspergilous were the most frequently isolated fungi.

There is an increase trend of resistance to Anti-TB drugs which needs atmost attention and necessary steps have to be taken in early diagnosis and in administration of drug therapy among the patients in whom pleural TB is being suspected.
