This is a report of the experience with cyclophosphamide in advanced bronchial carcinoma, a nitrogen mustard phosphoramide synthesized in 1958, which has been found to have a similar carcinotoxic effect to that of other alkylating agents but with a significantly higher therapeutic index. Expand

Oriental cats are subject to familial amyloidosis which primarily involves the liver and scans showed marked tracer accumulation in the liver in 16 of the cats, indicating this non-invasive test has potential value as a screening procedure for the detection of amyloidsosis. Expand
