Evaluation of antioxidant and hypolipidaemic effects of fermented Parkia biglobosa (Jacq) seeds in tyloxapol-induced hyperlipidaemic rats
Evaluation of the bio-toxicity and cytogenetic effects of methanolic leaf extract of Heliotropium indicum L.
It can be concluded from this present study that methanolic leaf extract of H. indicum was cytotoxic and genotoxic to Brine Shrimps and A. cepa cells respectively, and caution should be exercised with respect to the consumption of H., indicum leaf in any form.

It is suggested that the aqueous extract from fermented Citrullus vulgaris seeds might be a nutraceutical with potential anti-cancer properties.
Anti-mitotic and anti-proliferation potentials of aqueous and methanolic extracts of fermented Citrullus vulgaris (ogiri-egusi) seeds
There was a statistically significant reduction in mitotic activities of the treated A. cepa meristematic cells compared to the untreated cells, and proliferation in yeast cells was significantly inhibited at all the concentrations of the aqueous extract examined as well as at the highest concentration of the methanolic extract.

Assessing the Efficacy of Azadirachta indica Seed Extract on Fusarium Oxysporum
Results obtained showed inhibited growth of the test fungus with 50% having the greatest percentage inhibition, indicating that A. indica seed extract has fungicidal effect on F. oxysporum and has the potential to curb banana losses and hence enhance banana production and thus ensure food security.
CYTOTOXIC EFFECTS OF FERMENTED AFRICAN LOCUST BEAN SEEDS ON A BREAST CANCER CELL
The results obtained here suggest some measure of selective cytotoxicity by the aqueous extract against transformed as compared with normal cells, which present an important lead to the usefulness of this condiment in cancer treatment.
