A relationship between increased peritoneal leptin levels and infertility in endometriosis
The results revealed that the levels of peritoneal-fluid leptin did not correlate with different stage of endometriosis, however, they correlated with body mass index, which may suggest that increased leptin levels in theperitoneal fluid may play a role in pathogenesis of infertility.

It is concluded that OLDA enters the metabolic pathway of dopamine through methylation of exogenously supplemented OLDA via catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) under in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo conditions using rat brain tissue.
