The objective of this report is to provide an overview of the main key actors relevant in the regulation of biofilm formation by P. aeruginosa and to consider biofilm lifestyle as a target for eradication of resistant infections caused by the bacterium.

This investigation shows that short-term, high-dose oral creatine supplementation enhances the excretion of potential cytotoxic compounds, but does not have any detrimental effects on kidney permeability, providing indirect evidence of the absence of microangiopathy in renal glomeruli.
