Rare adverse reactions to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
Sulindac (Clinoril) is of special interest, since it causes two rare but unusual reactions — agranulomatous hepatitis and acute pancreatitis — and also since it possibly may have less renal toxicity than other NSAIDs.

Fever, pyuria, dysuria and urethral discharge are characteristic of epididymitis, and the patient should be considered to have testicular torsion until it is proved otherwise.
