Essential mixed cryoglobulinemia (EMC) is a common extra-hepatic manifestation of hepatitis C virus (HCV). Complex Regional Pain Syndrome type I (CRPS) or Reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) has never been reported in association with HCV.
