Lesions and Identification of Crystalline Precipitates of Glycoprotein IIb-IIIa Antagonists in the Rat Kidney
Knowing that the crystalline precipitates would not be a hazard to humans because of the large multiples of the human dosage at which they occurred and because of differences in renal physiology between rats, dogs, and humans, allowed us to predict that the crystals were the de-esterified acids of the parent compounds. Optimization of parameters for expression and purification of G glycoprotein ectodomain of respiratory syncytial virus
The purified G glycoprotein ectodomain of BA genotype of group B respiratory syncytial virus was expressed and purified to achieve maximum yield and can be characterized by antigenic and biophysical methods in future studies, which will probably assist in vaccine development. Expand
