Limitations on practical quantum cryptography
TLDR
It is shown that parametric down-conversion offers enhanced performance compared to its weak coherent pulse counterpart and existing experimental schemes (based on weak pulses) currently do not offer unconditional security for the reported distances and signal strength.

TLDR
A quantum cryptographic system in which users store particles in a transmission center, where their quantum states are preserved using quantum memories, which allows for secure communication between any pair of users who have particles in the same center.

TLDR
This work discusses quantum cryptographic protocols based on the transmission of weak coherent states and presents a system, based on a symbiosis of two existing systems, for which the information available to the eavesdropper is significantly reduced and is therefore safer than the two previous ones.

TLDR
This paper finds the measurement which provides the optimal mutual information about the parity bit and calculates that information, and proves that this information decreases exponentially with the length of the string in the case where the single bit states are almost fully overlapping.
Electron Spin Resonance Transistors for Quantum Computing in Silicon-Germanium Hetero-structures
We apply the full power of modern electronic band structure engineering and epitaxial hetero-structures to design a transistor that can sense and control a single donor electron spin. Spin resonance
Di ractive production of 0 ( 770 ) mesons in muon-protoninteractions at 470 GeVE 665
The diiractive production of 0 (770) mesons in muon-proton interactions is studied in the kinematic region 0.15 GeV 2 < Q 2 < 20 GeV 2 and 20 GeV < < 420 GeV. The data were obtained in the Fermilab
