Replication the association of 2q32.2-q32.3 and 14q32.11 with hepatocellular carcinoma.
This work first reported the association of 14q32.11 (EFCAB11) with HCC in Chinese Han population and revealed the genetic interaction between STAT4 and EFCAB 11 in HCC. Expand

It is shown that iron oxide nanoclusters can be used as T1 MRI contrast agents for high-resolution magnetic resonance angiography in beagle dogs and macaques, and that dynamic MRI enables the detection of cerebral ischaemia in these large animals. Expand
Structural and functional abnormalities of vision-related brain regions in cirrhotic patients: a MRI study
Results indicate that structural and functional impairment were evident in the vision-related brain regions in cirrhotic patients without clinical sign of hepatic encephalopathy, which provided a basis for further evolution of the disease. Expand
Therapeutic potential of cysteine-rich protein 61 in rheumatoid arthritis.
The results indicated that Cyr61 may represent a novel target for the treatment of RA by decreasing the levels of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-3 and MMP-13, and induced apoptosis in RA-FLS cells. Expand
Portal pressure gradient and serum albumin: A simple combined parameter associated with the appearance of ascites in decompensated cirrhosis treated with transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt
The combined measurement of pre-PPG and albumin, defined as PPA, may provide a better way to predict post-TIPS ascites in decompensated cirrhosis, which underlines the need for a large clinical trial in the future. Expand
