Modulation of D2R-NR2B Interactions in Response to Cocaine
Genotype V Japanese Encephalitis Virus Is Emerging
Japanese encephalitis viruses (JEV) are divided into five genotypes, based on the nucleotide sequence of the envelope (E) gene, andylogenetic analysis using both complete genome and structural gene nucleotide sequences demonstrates that XZ0934 belongs to genotypes V, suggesting that genotype V JEV is emerging in JEV endemic areas.
Emergence of Genotype I of Japanese Encephalitis Virus as the Dominant Genotype in Asia
An evolutionary analysis based on 98 full-length genome sequences of JEV indicates that the genotypes diverged in the order IV, III, II, and I and that the genetic diversity of genotype III has decreased rapidly while that of genotypes I has increased gradually, consistent with its emergence as the dominant genotype.
Prevalence of Unruptured Cerebral Aneurysms in Chinese Adults Aged 35 to 75 Years
The overall prevalence of UCAs was 7.0% in Chinese adults aged 35 to 75 years, and most lesions had a diameter less than 5 mm, which was higher in women than in men and peaked at ages 55 to 64 years inMen and women.

Of the early AD metabolites as detected by 1H-MRS, mIns is the most valuable marker for assessment of AD, and quantitative analysis of mIns may provide important clues for early diagnosis of AD.
SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitors with antiviral activity in a transgenic mouse model
32 new bicycloproline-containing Mpro inhibitors derived from either boceprevir or telaprevir, both of which are approved antivirals are designed and synthesized and display excellent antiviral activity both in vitro and in a transgenic mouse model.

It is found that Ca(2+) is critical for the growth and proliferation of FaDu cells and suppressing the function of these channels inhibited the proliferation of SCC25 cells.
Complications associated with the use of flow-diverting devices for cerebral aneurysms: a systematic review and meta-analysis.
The use of F DDs in the treatment of IAs yielded satisfactory results with regard to complications and the mortality rate, and the risk of complications should be considered when deciding on treatment with FDDs.
Subintimal Angioplasty for Below-the-Ankle Arterial Occlusions in Diabetic Patients with Chronic Critical Limb Ischemia
Subintimal angioplasty of the dorsalis pedis artery and/or plantar artery is a useful technique for lower limb salvage in diabetic patients with chronic CLI who are not candidates for bypass surgery.
