In this paper, the complete mitochondrial genomes of nine species of Bombycidae are presented for the first time and phylogenetic relationships among Bombercidae were reconstructed using maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods.

The Paranthrenini fauna of Mainland China is reviewed and a checklist of 21 species for this region is provided and numerous new combinations of species formerly associated with the genus Paranthrene in South East Asia are provided.

The molecular phylogenetic analyses indicate that this species is sister to Pseudobiston pinratanai Inoue, a member of a recently established monotypic family Pseud Obistonidae, and a new subfamily of PseudOBistonidae is proposed to accommodate H. discivitta.
Descriptions of two new species of Vietomartyria Hashimoto & Mey (Lepidoptera, Micropterigidae) from South China, with reference to autapomorphies of the genus
Two new species of micropterigids are described from Nankunshan and Nanling, China, respectively, and the genus Vietomartyria Hashimoto & Mey, 2000 is redefined based on the following autapomorphies shared by the three species.
Phylogeny and biogeography of the remarkable genus Bondarzewia (Basidiomycota, Russulales)
From the results, it is inferred that the maximum crown age of Bondarzewia is approximately 25.5 million-years-ago and that tropical East Asia is likely to be its ancestral area, with three possible expansions leading to its distribution in North America, Europe and Oceania.

The first broad‐scale molecular phylogenetic analysis of the Lymantriinae subfamily is performed, based on 154 exemplars representing all recognized tribes and drawn from all major biogeographical regions, and a new phylogenetic classification is presented, composed of seven well‐supported tribes.
