Contributions to the knowledge of the Leucosiidae (Crustacea: Brachyura) of the Dampier Archipelago, Western Australia
Collection of leucosiids from the Dampier Archipelago were the result of broad-scale collecting of crustaceans from a variety of intertidal and subtidal habitats, including a range of soft substrata habitats suitable to the burrowing behaviour of the Leucosiidae.

Although species diversity of coral crabs decreases with latitude along the coast of Western Australia, it remains relatively high in the low-diversity, high latitude coral communities along their southernmost limit on the southwestern coast.
