Dehydrogenase based reagentless biosensor for monitoring phenylketonuria.
This paper describes the first reagentless dehydrogenase based sensor for the determination of phenylalanine in human urine, and describes the behavior of the electron mediator mixed into a carbon paste electrode, which has not been previously investigated.
A parallel dual‐electrode detector for capillary electrophoresis
Using the dual‐potential mode peak identification of targeted phenolic acids in whiskey samples were confirmed based on both migration time and current ratios, indicating reproducible fabrication.
Determination of in plasma samples by dual-electrode amperometric detection and liquid chromatography.
Thin-layer cell dual electrode detection enables monitoring of reduced and oxidized forms of Co-Q10 simultaneously and selectively and successfully applied to determine basal concentrations of oxidized and reduced Co- Q10 in human plasma.
