The AGM rationality postulates for belief revision play an important role in the formalization of subjunctive queries over knowledge bases. However, the well known triviality results by GG ardenfors in connection with the Ramsey Test make deening a query semantics corresponding to these rationality postulates a diicult task. While existing approaches avoid(More)
We demonstrate the triangulability of compact 3–dimensional topological pseudomanifolds and study the properties of such triangulations, including the Hauptvermutung and relations by Alexander star moves and Pachner bistellar moves. We also provide an application to state–sum invariants of 3–dimensional topological pseudomanifolds.
First, we present a formal account of splitting a knowledge base into two parts, expanding our previous results motivated by avoiding the GG ardenfors triviality results for revision semantics for condition-als. Second, we propose a speciic revision function and show that this function is optimal in the sense, that after revision as few conditional(More)
