In vitro and in vivo antitumor activity of the halogenated boroxine dipotassium-trioxohydroxytetrafluorotriborate (K2[B3O3F4OH])
Under in vivo conditions, K2[B3O3F4OH] slows the growth of all three tumors tested compared to the control, and the inhibitory effect was most pronounced during the application of the substance.
Robust Nonlinear Regression in Enzyme Kinetic Parameters Estimation
Accurate estimation of essential enzyme kinetic parameters, such as and , is very important in modern biology. To this date, linearization of kinetic equations is still widely established practice…

After tumour transplantation in syngeneic mice, phenylboronic acid was shown to slow the growth of both tumour cell lines (4T1 and SCCVII) compared with the control, and the inhibitory effects were pronounced during the application of phenylbolonic acid.
Study of kinetic parameters and possible inhibitory effect on the tyrosinase of the halogenated boroxine dipotassium trioxohydroxytetrafluorotriborate K2[B303F4OH]
Tests of the proposed inhibition of the enzyme tyrosinase showed that K 2 [B 3 O 3 F 4 OH] had weak inhibitory properties, which will be necessary to search for new ways of antitumor mechanisms that differ from those of previous results.
Quantum Chemical and Biochemical Study on Antioxidant Properties of Halogenated Boroxine K2[B3O3F4OH]
Quantum Chemical and Biochemical Study on Antioxidant Properties of Halogenated Boroxine K 2 [ B 3 O 3 F 4 OH ]
The boron heterocyclic compound dipottasium trioxohydroxytetraflourotriborate, K2[B3O3F4OH] has been listed as a promising new therapeutic for the epidermal changes treatment. In order to elucidate…

The chemical profile of Croatian oils was in general similar to those reported for other geographic areas regarding major mono- and sesquiterpene constituents, however, spathulenol, 5-cadinene and bicyclogermacrene were more abundant in Croatian oils.
DETERMINATION OF ANTIOXIDANT CAPACITY OF SELECTED BOROXINES
Our previous in vitro and in vivo studies on standard tumor cell lines: mammary adenocarcinoma 4T1, melanoma B16F10, and squamous cell carcinoma SCCVII have demonstrated that…
