- M. Schirò, M. Fabrizio
- PhysicsPhysical Review Letters
- 6 May 2010

- M. Schirò, M. Bordyuh, B. Oztop, H. Türeci
- PhysicsPhysical Review Letters
- 14 May 2012
It is shown that the competition between photon delocalization and Rabi nonlinearity drives the system across a novel Z(2) parity symmetry-breaking quantum criticality between two gapped phases that share similarities with the Dicke transition of quantum optics and the Ising critical point of quantum magnetism.
Quantum Quenches in the Hubbard Model: Time Dependent Mean Field Theory and The Role of Quantum Fluctuations
- M. Schirò, M. Fabrizio
- Physics
- 8 February 2011
We study the non equilibrium dynamics in the fermionic Hubbard model after a sudden change of the interaction strength. To this scope, we introduce a time dependent variational approach in the spirit…

Localization and Glassy Dynamics Of Many-Body Quantum Systems
- G. Carleo, F. Becca, M. Schirò, M. Fabrizio
- PhysicsScientific Reports
- 12 September 2011
Numerical evidences are reported that the dynamics of strongly interacting lattice bosons driven sufficiently far from equilibrium can be trapped into extremely long-lived inhomogeneous metastable states.
Real-time diagrammatic Monte Carlo for nonequilibrium quantum transport
- M. Schirò, M. Fabrizio
- Physics
- 5 August 2008
We propose a novel approach to nonequilibrium real-time dynamics of quantum impurities models coupled to biased non-interacting leads, such as those relevant to quantum transport in nanoscale…

- M. Schirò, C. Joshi, M. Bordyuh, R. Fazio, Jonathan Keeling, H. Türeci
- PhysicsPhysical Review Letters
- 15 March 2015
The phase diagram of the dissipative Rabi-Hubbard model, as could be realized by a Raman-pumping scheme applied to a coupled cavity array, and it is shown that these features survive beyond mean field, using matrix product operator simulations.
Resonant Thermalization of Periodically Driven Strongly Correlated Electrons.
- F. Peronaci, M. Schirò, O. Parcollet
- PhysicsPhysical Review Letters
- 21 November 2017
The dynamics of the Fermi-Hubbard model driven by a time-periodic modulation of the interaction within nonequilibrium dynamical mean-field theory are studied and the existence of a critical frequency at which the system rapidly thermalizes despite the large interaction is shown.

- Orazio Scarlatella, A. Clerk, M. Schirò
- PhysicsNew Journal of Physics
- 8 November 2018
We study the spectral properties of Markovian driven-dissipative quantum systems, focusing on the nonlinear quantum van der Pol oscillator as a paradigmatic example. We discuss a generalized Lehmann…
