Head pose estimation using Fisher Manifold learning
This work proposes a new learning strategy for head pose estimation that uses nonlinear interpolation to estimate the head pose using the learning result from face images of two head poses and outperforms existed methods, such as regression and multiclass classification method, on both synthesis and real face images. Surgical interruption of arterialized radicular-medullary draining vein of SDAVFs provides lasting occlusion of the fistula, and postoperative anticoagulant therapy can prevent thrombosis of the coronal venous plexus. Expand
Synthesis, structural and magnetic properties of CeO 2 nanoparticles
CeO2 nanoparticles were prepared by a simple co-precipitation method and the structural and magnetic properties were studied. X-ray diffraction, Raman and selected area electron diffraction resultsExpand
Studies on the alkaloid constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss) Benth var. bodinaieri (Dode) Huang and their acute toxicity in mice
Six alkaloids (1–6) have been isolated from the fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss) Benth var. bodinaieri (Dode) Huang, two of which are new compounds, identified as 2-undecyl-4(1H)-quinolone (4) andExpand
T Helper 17 Cells and Regulatory T-Cell Imbalance in Paediatric Patients with Asthma
In paediatric asthma patients, the CD4+ T-cell phenotype was skewed toward the Th17 phenotype, suggesting that a Th17/Treg functional imbalance plays a role in asthma. Expand
Cytoskeleton changes of airway smooth muscle cells in juvenile rats with airway remodeling in asthma and the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway mechanism.
Investigation of changes in the cytoskeleton of airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs) in juvenile rats with airway remodeling in asthma and the involvement of the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway mechanism demonstrate substantial changes of the ASMC cytos skeleton and abnormal expressions of Rho a and ROCK mRNA and proteins. • 1 December 2014
Hematite has emerged as a good photocatalyst for efficient solar water splitting due to its favorable optical band gap (2.1-2.2 eV), extraordinary chemical stability in oxidative environment,Expand
Prospective study evaluating the effect of mifepristone on E-cadherin expression in villi in early pregnancy.
E-cadherin expression in villi may be involved in mifepristone-induced pregnancy termination and was significantly higher in villous cytotrophoblast cells in the m ifeprist one-treated group compared with the control group. Expand
[An occlusive evaluation proposal to intra-saccular embolization of intracranial aneurysm].
The suggesting criteria are simple and feasible in clinical practice, although the effect of imaging follow-up of embolized aneurysm is unknown and the numerical value of occlusive percentage is arbitrary. Expand
The Role of Controlled Anticoagulation in Balloon Occluding Vertebral Arteries to Treat Giant Fusiform Aneurysms of the Basilar Artery
Controlled anticoagulation should be given to slow down the thrombotic obliteration in the perforators arising from the aneurysm wall to the brain stem and give the brainstem have enough time to establish the sufficient collateral circulation. Expand
