Burnout in European family doctors: the EGPRN study.
Burnout seems to be a common problem in FDs across Europe and is associated with personal and workload indicators, and especially job satisfaction, intention to change job and the (ab)use of alcohol, tobacco and medication.

There were many obstacles for bettering patients adhering to the therapeutic regimen, as from the patients' socio-economical aspect, and in the existing health system of Croatia as well.

Enablement at consultations was related to the continuity of care and patient health status, and other patient, physician, and practice characteristics, suggesting that these parameters should be considered when assessing quality of care in general practice.
Patients' views on the professional behaviour of family physicians.
Considering the difficulties present in the health systems of countries in transition, the results of this study were surprisingly encouraging, showing that the respondents were satisfied with the physician's behaviour and that the physicians fulfilled the basic elements of professional behaviour.

The shortened CIVIQ-14 version is useful for assessing the quality of life in patients with chronic venous disorders in everyday clinical practice and to achieve a stable validated instrument, recommends a cross-cultural validation of items that have loadings on more than one factor.

Job satisfaction, participation in educational or academic activities and sufficient consultation time seem to reduce the likelihood of burnout, suggesting that it did not affect the quality of interpersonal care.
