(10E,12Z,15Z)-9-Hydroxy-10,12,15-octadecatrienoic Acid Methyl Ester as an Anti-inflammatory Compound from Ehretia dicksonii
The methanol extract of Ehretia dicksonii provided (10E,12Z,15Z)-9-hydroxy-10,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid methyl ester which was isolated as an anti-inflammatory compound which showed potent activity against TPA and inhibitory activity toward soybean lipoxygenase.
