We show that the molecule-like configuration of DD∗ enables weak binding even in the case of the Bhaduri or Grenoble AL1 interaction. Three-body forces may increase the binding and strengthen the cc diquark configuration. As a signature we propose the branching ratio between radiative and pionic decay.
A phenomenological estimate is derived such that the binding energies of dimesons are expressed as combinations of masses of different mesons and baryons. The estimate is almost model-independent, the only major assumption beeing that the wave functions of the two light quarks in Λc, Λb and in the c̄c̄qq and b̄b̄qq dimesons are very similar. Since 1981 we monitored all the bacteria strains isolated from patients bearing a surgical infection and hospitalized in our department. We also tested the susceptibility of the isolated strains to different antibiotics. The observed results at three different intervals (1981, 1984, 1987-1988) reveal an increase in Gram+strains. The γγ → ρρ → 4π reaction shows a broad peak at 1.5 GeV in the (J , Jz) = (2 , 2) channel which has no counterpart in the ρρ channel. This ”resonance” is considered as a candidate for a qqq̄q̄ state in the ”schannel”. We show, however, that it can also be explained by potential scattering of ρρ via the σexchange in the ”t-channel”.
