- Xiao Chen, Dan Xiang, S. Arunrugstichai, Lingang Cai, Yuziwei Xu
- BiologyMitochondrial DNA. Part A, DNA mapping…
- 2 January 2016
The complete mitogenome of mangrove whipray Himantura granulata was first determined and the tRNA-Ser2 (GCU) could not form the typical clover-leafs structure for lacking the dihydrouridine arm.
Mitochondrial genome of the spotless smooth-hound Mustelus griseus (Carcharhiniformes: Triakidae)
- Xiao Chen, Zaiqing Peng, Lianghao Pan, Xiaofang Shi, Lingang Cai
- BiologyMitochondrial DNA. Part A, DNA mapping…
- 2 January 2016
The mitogenomic portions of M. griseus are very similar to those of Mustelus manazo, ranging from 86.92% (control region) to 100% (tRNA-His and tRNA-Leu2), and the origin of L-strand replication is identified between t RNA-Asn and tRNAs genes.

- 3 September 2015
The complete mitogenome of the spot-tail shark Carcharhinus sorrah is presented, which is a medium-sized shark distributed in the tropical Indo-Pacific and is currently listed as “Near Threatened” on the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List.
Extensive genetic divergence among Diptychus maculatus populations in northwest China
- Wei Meng, Tianyan Yang, Yan Guo
- Biology, Environmental ScienceChinese Journal of Oceanology and Limnology
- 22 January 2015
The neutrality test and mismatch distribution analysis suggested that the fish had went through a recent population expansion, and the phylogenetic tree of D-loop haplotypes revealed two main clades.

- M. Bao, Xiujie Zhang, C. Xie, Shi-Ming Wan, Lingang Cai, Qiong Zhou
- BiologyMitochondrial DNA. Part A, DNA mapping…
- 3 March 2016
The complete mitochondrial genome sequence may provide useful information for phylogenetic analysis and studies of population genetics of S. pseudaksaiensis, which had a mostly conserved structural organization in comparison with that of other teleost fish.
The complete mitochondrial genome of Barbatula nuda (Cypriniformes: Nemacheilidae)
The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Barbatula nuda is useful for phylogenetic analysis and studies of population genetics of B. nuda.
Ten polymorphic microsatellite markers characterized for Schizothorax pseudaksaiensis and applied for population genetic analysis
- M. Bao, Qiong Zhou, C. Xie, Lingang Cai, J. Niu, Hong Li
- Environmental Science, BiologyJournal Genetika
- 21 July 2016
10 polymorphic microsatellite loci were characterized first for S. pseudaksaiensis through crossspecies amplification methodology and then applied to the population of this indigenous fish species.
Complete mitochondrial genome of the wild Diptychus maculatus (Cypriniformes, Cyprinidae, Schizothoracinae) from Yeken River using next generation sequencing and the phylogenetic relationship of…
The NJ phylogenetic tree showed that D. maculatus clustered into one separate branch which is close to genus Gymnodiptychus from the same subfamily, and the gene contents of the mitogenome are identical to those observed in most bony fishes.
