- Yan Shen, Lianzhen Zhao, Youran Li, Liang Zhang, G. Shi
- BiologyBiotechnology Letters
- 16 April 2014
This is the first study concerning the enzymatic production of β-alanine by using ADC, and a pH–stat directed, fed-batch feeding strategy was developed to keep the pH value within 6–7.2 and thus attenuate substrate inhibition.

- Z. Ding, Youzhi Chen, Ke-chang Zhang
- ChemistryAnnals of Microbiology
- 1 March 2014
The production of laccase was influenced by the initial pH and K+ concentration, and the activity of purified lAccase was enhanced by Cu2+, Mn2+ and Mg2+, and this Pleurotus genus l Accase from P. ferulae JM30X was analyzed by MS spectrum and the results are conducive to furthering the understanding of PleuroTus genusLaccases.
High-efficient production of citric acid by Aspergillus niger from high concentration of substrate based on the staged-addition glucoamylase strategy
- Baoshi Wang, Hua Li, G. Shi
- Chemistry, MedicineBioprocess and biosystems engineering (Print)
- 7 April 2017
Commercial glucoamylase with high low-pH stability was proposed to staged-add in the fermentation process, which timely compensated enzyme loss, ensuring the glucose supply rate.
