Preparative isolation and purification of anthocyanins from purple sweet potato by high-speed counter-current chromatography.
High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was applied to the preparative isolation and purification of peonidin 3-O-(6-O-p-coumaroyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, which was isolated from purple sweet potato for the first time and the chemical structures of these components were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI-MS(n).

Seven new pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins, named dianversicosides A-G (1-7), together with nine known compounds, were isolated from the aerial parts of Dianthus versicolor and elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical evidence.
