Two cases of atherosclerotic occlusion of anomalous left circumflex coronary arteries having origin from a common ostium with the left coronary artery are documented. The atheromatous lesion was found at the same site in each case, i.e. the junction of the segment bound to the posterior wall of the aorta and its freer course in the atrioventricular sulcus.(More)
