The method to create interslice image shifts in the phase encoding direction to increase the distance between aliasing pixels achieves the desired shifts but avoids an undesired “tilted voxel” blurring artifact associated with previous methods.

It is shown that extensive experience with a given visual category can produce strong selectivity for that category in discrete cortical regions, and that this pattern of selectivity is dependent on experience with specific orthographies.
Automated segmentation of hippocampal subfields from ultra‐high resolution in vivo MRI
This article presents a computational method for segmenting the hippocampal subfields in ultra‐high resolution MRI data in a fully automated fashion using Bayesian inference, and shows that automated volume measurements of the larger subfields correlate well with manual volume estimates.
