Small bowel cancer diagnosis: role of nuclear magnetic resonance
A case of small bowel neoplasia identified with NMR of the abdomen is described, which is an additional diagnostic approach that offers high sensitivity in the identification of small intestine lesions.
Microbial Dysbiosis and polyamine metabolism as predictive markers for early detection during progression of pancreatic adenocarcinoma in spontaneous mouse model
It is shown that resident gut microbiota is altered at the early stages of tumorigenesis much before development of observable tumors in a spontaneous, genetically engineered mouse model for pancreatic cancer, providing a potential, precise, non-invasive tool for early detection of PDAC, which will result in improved outcomes.
