Spontaneous hypoglycemia: diagnostic evaluation and management
The diagnostic evaluation and management of spontaneous hypoglycemia is discussed and additional non-invasive and/or invasive diagnostic evaluation is necessary if an organic hypoglycemic disorder is suspected.
An unusual case of shortness of breath
A rare case of Cushing’s syndrome is reported in a 60-year-old female presenting with significant respiratory muscle weakness and respiratory failure with history of rheumatoid arthritis, primary biliary cirrhosis and primary hypothyroidism.
