Preliminary results in liver transplant patients with HCV recurrence demonstrate the feasibility and safety of coadministration of boceprevir and IT.
PRECLINICAL STUDY: Disposition of Δ9 tetrahydrocannabinol in CF1 mice deficient in mdr1a P‐glycoprotein
- L. Bonhomme-Faivre, A. Benyamina, M. Reynaud, R. Farinotti, C. Abbara
- Biology, MedicineAddiction Biology

P‐glycoprotein limits THC oral uptake and mediates direct drug excretion from the systemic circulation into the intestinal lumen, and the oral bioavailability of THC and digoxin was higher in naturally P‐gp‐deficient mice.

- PsychologyArchives of Environmental Health An International…
- 1 March 1998
The exposed population had a significant increase in degree of certain neurovegetative disorders, and the population experienced a significant fall in total lymphocytes and CD4, CD3, and CD2 lymphocytes, as well as a rise in NK cells.
MDR-1 C3435T Polymorphism Influences Cyclosporine A Dose Requirement in Liver-Transplant Recipients
- L. Bonhomme-Faivre, Aurore Devocelle, V. Picard
- Medicine, BiologyTransplantation
- 15 July 2004
It is demonstrated that the MDR1 exon 26 C3435T polymorphism is a major determinant of CsA concentration/dose ratio in liver-transplant recipients and is predictive of the dose ofCsA to be administered to achieve the target C2 concentration.
Correlation between clinical response to sorafenib in hepatocellular carcinoma treatment and polymorphisms of P-glycoprotein (ABCB1) and of breast cancer resistance protein (ABCG2): monocentric study
- M. Tandia, A. Mhiri, L. Bonhomme-Faivre
- Biology, MedicineCancer Chemotherapy and Pharmacology
- 13 March 2017
Heterozygous forms of the studied polymorphisms could be associated with a better therapeutic response in patients with advanced HCC treated with a single agent sorafenib, and in heterozygous patients for ABCB1 3435 C>T, ABCG2 34 G>A and ABCG 2 1143 C>.T polymorphisms were significantly associated with the lowest sorafinib plasma levels.
