A 3-year-old girl with simultaneous presentation of hypertensive encephalopathy, subcutaneous nodules, hepatosplenomegaly and proteinuria was presented. The sarcoidosis was confirmed by histologic demonstration of non-caseating granulomas in the liver, left kidney, a cervical lymph node and subcutaneous nodules.
