Path-delay fault (PDF's) cause logic circuits to malfunction at the desired clock rate. In this paper, I review a classification of the PDF's and present a simulation-based method using single-input change (SIC) patterns to derive tests for singly-testable (ST) (PDF's). A sixteen-valued algebra is used for rising and falling PDF's from all inputs.
